Okay.. So here's the skinny.
We're Locally Owned and Operated
To ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service. To maintain clean, comfortable and well maintained premises for our guests and staff. To provide at a fair price- nutritional, well prepared meals- using only quality ingredients. To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. To thank each guest for the opportunity to serve them. By maintaining these objectives we shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve.
Breakfast at Tiffiny's started at the WMU campus location on West Michigan Ave. in 2011. This location was formally Maggie's for years before. We were lucky to be blessed with a loyal crowd and community support upon taking over the site. This allowed us to keep some of the old time favorites like Breakfast Stew from Maggie's and bring in some new specialties like our Korean Chicken and Waffles and our Raspberry Cream Cheese French Toast.
We hit the ground running and soon we expanded to our new location in Portage in February of 2014. Sadly our campus location would close shortly after due to new construction of its surrounding area.
The Portage response has been overwhelming positive and we thank you for your business and new friendships. We also can't stress how great it is to see friendly faces from our old location make the trip to our new location here in Portage. Thanks to all our guest and we hope to see ya'll soon.
Meet "The" Tiffiny
I started my restaurant career at a local wing joint in Alpharetta, Georgia when I was 18 years old. I loved helping people and this was right up my "ally" All through out my life I have been in the restaurant business. I eventually moved here to Kalamazoo, Michigan with my husband Bill (Also known as Mr. Tiffiny, we will get to him later)I have served in some of the high end restaurants here in Kalamazoo, such as the Beacon Club and Black Swan. I have also had many years of catering experience where I have learned to work with customers needs from the basic small private dinner party to hundred person events. I've been lucky enough to take my love of professional customer service, add in some real hospitality, and provide a product and experience that we hope will make you feel right at home. Without the dishes..
